I'm not sure if this is the correct location, but either way- I LOVE Sports Academy. The one particular location I went to had the greatest employees working there. Two employees in particular that stood out was Brady and Geoff. Whichever location they are at- they deserve a raise! They were so friendly and extremely helpful. I can't wait to get back in there and do some more shopping in the near future!

Ordered a pickup online. Waited 20-30minutes. Had 2-3 people walk by me even after I let one of the people at the registers know (they said something over the radio). I get it if they're understaffed but 2-3 people walked by me and saw me standing at the pickup section. Not a word said to me. Just wanted to pickup my new backpack

Worst Academy in the south. I've continuously tried to go to this store and always leave disappointed. The sales associates are rude and not helpful - at best. I tried to return a clearly unused and still tagged item, the receipt ink had already disappeared and my credit card number had changed, so the only option to offer me a refund was for half of the product amount. I wasn't returning half of an item.... and when I asked for store credit instead of a refund, they still said it would only be half, never called a manager over. The cashier was just making sure she didn't have to do a return or provide customer service.

I'm sure I won't be the only negative review about the absolute mess this store was tonight. I'm so frustrated from the 2 hours I spent in here that I don't have energy to write everything. I can say, the employee's are absolutely clueless and could careless about even speaking to you. The gentleman working near the front was so rude that I'm almost in tears. After asking a question he just walks by me "excuse me!", I said "are you an employee?" And not a glance, nothing. The girls at the front both had issues and sat waiting with a very long line while no one responded on the headset. This is not the first time I've walked out of academy and went into a panic attack. I don't think I am able to come back here again...

They have a little but of everything. The shoe selection is large but the options for sneakers are limited, very few size 14 to choose from. They have a really nice boot selection. You can find items for all types of sports. They have a limited gun selection. Plenty of staff working the sales floor. We need more of these back east.
